Director
Master Director Carolyn Schmidt has been a member of Hickory Tree Chorus since 1974 and has served as musical director since 1994. Carolyn is one of only five active Master Music Arrangers in Sweet Adelines International and arranges much of Hickory Tree Chorus’s unique repertoire.
She has served on the International Music Arrangers Coordinators and review teams and participated in numerous arranging workshops. Carolyn’s talent and passion drive Hickory Tree Chorus’ excellence. Carolyn is also a member of the International Judging Program and serves as an Approved Judge in the Music Category.
